It all began with some hard work…

I grew up in Lincoln, NE - home of the Cornhuskers. As a kid, all I ever wanted to do was start my own business. I sold peanuts at Cornhusker football games, worked in the cornfields during the summer and mowed lawns to earn money.

I was introduced to the curbing industry at the age of 16, working after school and weekends. I began at the bottom of the ladder, a laborer, working my hands to the bone and loving it. I was overworked and underpaid, but none of that mattered to me.

I continued working in the curbing industry through college and, shortly after graduation from the University of Nebraska, I made the decision to begin working for myself.

My business is built on strong ethics, hard work. and dedication to the clients. Fifteen years of experience has taught me that hard work, professionalism, integrity and honesty are the pillars of successful relationships.

When I’m not curbing your yard, you can find me relaxing on my acreage with my three kids or managing the chaos that is the other company I own, Group Therapy Bike Tours.

Hi, I’m Russ Gibson! Estimator and General Manager of Landscape Curbing. I grew up in Lincoln, I was always outside, whether it was one of the many sports I played, hanging out with my friends or mowing lawns.

Just like Drew, I was introduced to the curbing industry at 16, working alongside him learning the ropes, both on the install side, and the inner workings of the business.

When I’m not on a jobsite or running around meeting clients, you can find me hanging out with my friends, walking my lab, Charlie, or at the golf course.
